Sometimes life appears to be challenging and directions confusing, for this reason I offer a personalised programme of 7 sessions over a period of between 7 to 14 weeks, allowing for a connection to what is important in your life, your successes, your priorities, and obstacles you may perceive.

Each session will last 60 minutes and be structured according to your needs.
